Virtual | Candlelight Yin & Restorative

Practice on a regular basis with our virtual group yoga classes. No need to download video conferencing programs/software, you can meet for class using your internet browser. Sessions will begin with a relaxing meditation and prānāyāma (breathing exercise) to relax the mind. Relaxing the mind can be tricky, but once the mind relaxes, the body follows. Once the mind and body relax, you will rest in yin and restorative yoga poses that are supported by yoga props (bolsters, blocks, blankets, and more). To conclude each class, Kalee will softly awaken you with the calming sound of her harmonium and Tibetan singing bowl. If there are 0 students signed up for class 1 hour prior to class start-time, class will be canceled. Please make a reservation if you plan to attend. *An open-level class means that it is applicable to beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
If you cannot attend class respond to the email with the phrase: 'Cancel Booking'. If you are a no-show or cancel within 2 hours of class start time you will be charged for the class.
