Service Description
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi, it’s always good to go back to slow down and focus on proper alignment. This beginner-style class will begin with a meditation followed by various yoga poses. In vinyasa (flow) classes it can be difficult to adjust and fully express yoga poses because the flow of the class is at the rate of 1 breath per movement. In this class Kalee will break down poses, with the use of props, that one will likely come across in other yoga classes including, but not limited to: mountain pose (tādasana), standing forward fold (uttānasana), half-lift (ardha uttānasana), four-limbed staff pose (chaturānga dandāsana), upward facing dog (urdhva muka svanāsana), downward facing dog (adho muka svanāsana), warriors 1-3 (virabhadrāsana I-III).
