Service Description
This beginner-style class begins with a meditation followed by various yoga poses. Throughout this session, common poses are broken down with the use of props to allow full expression. Postures may include mountain pose, standing forward fold, half-lift, cobra, upward-facing dog, downward-facing dog, and warriors 1, 2, and 3. There will also be some Beginner-friendly flow-style movements at the rate of one breath per movement.

If you cannot attend class respond to the email with the phrase: 'Cancel Booking'. If you are a no-show or cancel within 2 hours of class start time you will be charged for the class.
