Practice on a regular basis with our virtual group yoga classes. No need to download video conferencing programs/software, you can meet for class using your internet browser. Pregnancy yoga is a traditional yoga practice composed by a mix of specific asana, pranayama and relaxation techniques put together in order to bring the pregnant woman to a stage of balance, self consciousness, physical strength and mental peace. Yoga means union within us, with our soul and with the supreme soul, in pregnancy the concept of union and bound is extended to the life growing inside the mom, therefore to the baby soul.
If you cannot attend class respond to the email with the phrase: 'Cancel Booking'. If you are a no-show or cancel within 2 hours of class start time you will be charged for the class.
