Hatha Yoga

This type of yoga is often referred to as 'flow yoga'. The pace of this class is somewhere in the middle between Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga. During a Hatha flow you will move through a series of poses and hold them for approximately 5 breaths each. Although the pace of this class is slower, holding these particular poses longer will build strength, balance, and mindfulness while keeping the body supple.
