Restorative Yoga

Similar to Yin yoga, Restorative yoga classes are quiet, and slow-paced. Each pose is held for 5-10 minutes each, however, the stretches/sensations are subtle compared to yin poses. This style class is sometimes referred to as 'sleepy-time yoga'. Some benefits of restorative yoga include: mindfulness, release muscular tension, boost the immune system, and deep relaxation.
